Free Athletic Physicals for the 2009 - 2010 School Year

The Saunders Medical Center will be offering free athletic physicals to the eighth through twelfth grade students of the Ashland - Greenwood Schools. Appointments for the athletic physicals will be available beginning on May 28th through July 17th, Monday through Friday in the Saunders Medical Center. Please call 402-443-4191 for appointments or questions. The Saunders Medical Center is located at 1760 County Road J in Wahoo. Please be aware of the following items: 1. Bring a copy of the AGHS physical form with the personal information completed. 2. If not accompanied by a parent or guardian please bring a completed parent consent form with you. 3. Both forms can be picked up in the High School office or in the High School weight room.
