The Capital Conference coaches have released their all-conference teams for 2009-10. Ashland-Greenwood had 8 athletes honored.
Boys Basketball: Spencer Mummer, 2nd team; Nick Pease and Conor Sapp Honorable Mention;
Girls Basketball: Taylor Pike, First Team; Amelia Allington, 2nd Team; Liz Romans, Samantha Reed, Sydney Wigle, Honorable Mention.
