Award Winning Spellers

Ashland-Greenwood students showed off their spelling skills at the annual County Spelling Bee on January 22 held at Mead High School. The top three spots in the 7th-8th grade division were won by Ashland-Greenwood Middle School students. Eighth grade student, Caleb Busenitz, won first place. Tyler Craven, a 7th grader, followed with second place and eighth grader, Joe Stastny, earned the third place trophy. At the elementary level, Garrett Busenitz in fourth grade, won third place in the 3rd-4th grade division. Congratulations to our Bluejay spellers!
