AGPS FOUNDATION THANKS INTEGRATE CONSTRUCTION!
The Ashland-Greenwood Schools Foundation recently received a generous gift from Integrate Construction/Community. The gift of $3,200.00 dollars will be used to positively impact our students and staff. Thank you Integrate Construction!
Started in 2023 our community giveback mechanism, Integrate Community, focuses on 3 major points to positively contribute to the communities in which we serve:
1. Volunteer hours and donations - We track volunteer time from our employees to understand the impact we provide as individuals and we also seek opportunities to volunteer as a group to further encourage a culture of giving back and to introduce our employees to other volunteer opportunities and charitable organizations. We also donate and sponsor events for several organizations throughout the year.
2. MBE/WBE Inclusion - We believe that minority, women and disadvantaged business inclusion should take place on every project we do. All projects regardless of location or public incentive mandates have MBE/WBE goals that are tracked and reviewed as part of the project teams’ performance.
3. Project Sponsorships - each project we do sponsors a local charity to raise money for that charity through a direct Integrate donation as well as donations from our project partners. Integrate provides a seed donation and requests additional donations from our project teams in the hopes of providing significant impacts to the communities in which we build over the course of the year.
Through these efforts, Integrate Construction Partners works towards bettering the communities in which we build. That is what Integrate Community is all about!
