I was born and raised here in Nebraska.  I grew up in Omaha, and graduated from Omaha Burke High School in 1997.  I went on to college at University of Nebraska at Omaha, where I graduated with a degree in Art Education K-12.  I started teaching Elementary Art in 2003, at Westside Community Schools, and joined Ashland Greenwood Public Schools in August 2005.  I have really enjoyed my time here in Ashland and look forward to many creative years to come.
