This award recognizes choral directors with fewer than ten years of experience who demonstrate excellence in teaching, musicianship, and service to the choral profession.
Ms. Byers noted she was incredibly grateful to be recognized by her colleagues across the state, and she shared that this honor wouldn't be possible without the opportunity to work with such wonderful students and the support she has received from our school and district.
