High School Media Productions Class Produces a Video for our District Accreditation Visit
Check out the Awesome Work from these Students in the Video linked within the article
Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools recently hosted a School Improvement Accreditation Visit. Districts in Nebraska are required to demonstrate a commitment to continuous school improvement. As part of this process, districts are required to host an external visitation team every 5 years. This team of educators from across the state is appointed by the Nebraska Department of Education. The external team spends time on-site listening to district presentations; interviewing administrators, staff, students, parents, and board members as well as reviewing evidence and documentation. The external visitation team will then prepare and submit a report to the Nebraska Department of Education regarding their findings. The report will include commendations and strengths of the district as well as recommendations for continued growth and improvement. In preparation for this visit, the AGHS Media Productions Class produced a highlight video to share with our external visitation guests. The students did a great job on this project!
