NOTICE OF MEETING BY VIDEOCONFERENCE
The Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools Board of Education will meet at 6:00 PM on Monday, May 18, 2020, by videoconference. Public and media access to the videoconference is available by clicking on the link posted on the district’s website at www.news.agsp.org.

This board meeting will be held by videoconference, and no quorum of the Board of Education will be physically present together. Therefore, there will be no in-person attendance available in the board meeting room to the public or the media. For convenience of the public who wish to attend the meeting at the school building. If you would like to view the meeting at this viewing location in the school building, please contact Superintendent Jason Libal (jason.libal@agps.org) in advance so the district can prepare for adequate space in compliance with the current directed health measures.
A copy of the agenda, kept continuously current, is also available for public inspection upon request from Superintendent Libal. In addition, a copy will be posted on the district’s website. An electronic copy will be sent to any requesting party, or other arrangements will be made for any requesting party to view the current agenda if they do not have email access.
